'Great for the community': Seven Pines shopping center reaches 74% leased, five new tenants announced (firstcoastnews.com) — A new Publix-anchored shopping center at Seven Pines in South Jacksonville is already 74% leased, with big-name retailers, restaurants, and services lined up to open starting in 2027. Nearby residents say they're eager for closer shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences, as developer Regency Centers also plans to move its headquarters there, creating a new community hub.
   

2. Deadline for Florida law enforcement agencies to remove ALPRs from state roads is Wednesday (actionnewsjax.com) — Jacksonville drivers should know that automatic license plate reader cameras on state roads must be shut down and removed by Wednesday after Florida transportation officials revoked permits.
