• Deputies Search For Missing 16-Year-Old Last Seen Barefoot In New Port Richey (tampafp.com) — Pasco County deputies are urgently asking New Port Richey residents to help find 16-year-old Promiss D'Antilio, last seen barefoot around Evans Avenue just after midnight on Sept. 21. The teen is 5-foot-4 with brown eyes and yellow-and-blue hair; anyone with information is urged to call the Pasco Sheriff's non-emergency line or submit a tip online. 
• New Port Richey neighborhood sees transformation after years of crime and blight (tampabay28.com) — A long-troubled New Port Richey neighborhood around Leisure Lane and Van Doren Avenue is seeing major improvements, with new Habitat for Humanity homes, stronger code enforcement, and better safety. City and Pasco County officials are collaborating on annexation, infrastructure upgrades, and a special Oct. 5 curbside pickup before stricter property maintenance enforcement begins, directly affecting nearby residents.
