• Information on the 2026-2027 flu season VA Tampa health care (va.gov) — Veterans in New Port Richey can get no-cost flu shots with walk-in hours at the local VA clinic, Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. The Tampa VA system is also offering flu vaccinations at multiple regional clinics, drive-thru events, and community pharmacies, with instructions on how to ensure your shot is recorded in your VA health record.

The House-passed Water Resources Development Act also backs additional Pasco and Hernando water upgrades and storm protection studies, potentially improving local water supply, wastewater systems, and hurricane resilience for residents over the coming years.
