Dolly Parton affiliated entertainment complex proposed in Panama City Beach (mypanhandle.com) — A Dolly Parton–affiliated company is moving forward with plans for a new family entertainment complex next to Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show on Panama City Beach Parkway.
