Man Found Bleeding On Ground Died On Way To Hospital: Sarasota Police
A man found bleeding on the ground near Central Avenue died on the way to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, police said.
SARASOTA, FL — Police are investigating the overnight death of a man found bleeding on the ground near 15th Street and Central Avenue.
Officers responded to a call about the victim lying on the ground early Tuesday, around 12:30 a.m., Sarasota police said in a news release.
Responding officers performed CPR on the victim until EMS arrived.

He died on the way to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, police said.
There are no suspects at this time. This is believed to be an isolated incident.

Police didn’t share details about the man’s injuries or what might have caused them.
