Several other Windermere homes, including in Camden Loop and Glenmuir, also changed hands, offering a snapshot of current prices and days on market in town.
   

• Orange County moves forward on plans to build private school in Horizon West (clickorlando.com) — Families near Windermere could soon see an expansion of Windermere Preparatory School through a new K-5 private campus planned in Horizon West, designed for up to 880 students. Orange County’s Development Review Committee has recommended key waivers, moving the project toward an August County Commission review and raising questions about traffic, carline design, and new private-school options for local parents.
