Drawing on his experience with grief, anxiety and counseling, the former UNC running back developed an app offering daily mental-health practices, not a replacement for professional care.

• Found memory card narrows Democrats state House margin (thecurrentga.org) — Americus Rep. Mike Cheokas faces Democrat Ethan Wolfe in a runoff after falling short of a majority in a three-way race. That contest could affect Democrats’ apparent narrow Georgia House majority, now that a recovered election memory card in Seminole County has put Republican incumbent Gerald Greene ahead in another race.
