• Keep Newnan Beautiful Brings Outdoor STEM Classroom to Newnan Crossing Elementary School (thecitizen.com) — Students at Newnan Crossing Elementary now have a new outdoor STEM classroom, thanks to a partnership between Keep Newnan Beautiful, the Georgia Power Foundation, and local volunteers. The space features garden beds, hammocks, and hands-on science tools designed to bring lessons outside and spark kids’ curiosity about nature and environmental stewardship right here in Newnan.
   

• The Coweta County Fair is coming in September: Free admission days and ride deals (atlantaonthecheap.com) — Coweta County Fair is set to return to the Newnan fairgrounds from September 24 through October 4, with several free admission days and ride deals.
