• Norcross nears start of construction on $15 million greenway (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Norcross is close to approving contracts for the $15 million Beaver Ruin Greenway, a three-mile multi-use path that will run through southeast Norcross and connect key neighborhoods and roads. Backed mostly by state, federal, and SPLOST funds, construction is expected to start before year's end and tie into a future Piedmont Pathway link toward Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
