• Man killed at townhome used for recording studio, Gwinnett PD seek suspect (wsbtv.com) — Police are investigating a deadly shooting at a townhome just off Lawrenceville Highway near Tucker, where a stray bullet also hit a nearby garage but didn't injure anyone. Neighbors say the home was used as a recording studio and worry about children who usually walk through the area. Detectives believe the killing was isolated and are asking anyone with information to contact Gwinnett County police. 
• USPOULTRY's Environmental Management Seminar to address regulations, sustainability and solutions (poultrytimes.com) — Based in Tucker, the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association is inviting industry environmental professionals to a two-day management seminar in Destin, Florida this September. Sessions will dig into new regulations, PFAS response, wastewater technologies, and sustainability practices, with input from EPA officials and award-winning facilities.
