Out-Of-State Fugitive From Justice Warrant Arrest Made: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

The 31-year-old Elmwood Park resident is also accused of retail theft, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Angelo V. Dytlow, 31, of the 7800 block of W. Elmgrove Drive, Elmwood Park, is accused of retail theft, had an out-of-state warrant for a fugitive from justice charge, and was arrested at 7:30 p.m. May 6, at the McHenry County Jail. A court date of June 3 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Erick R. Garcia, 30, of the 700 block 0f Bluff Street, Bensenville, is accused of possession of a stolen vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, assault and was arrested at 7:50 p.m. May 3, in the 2200 block of N. Chestnut Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of June 18.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Christian G. Lezcano Vargas, 38, of the 4700 block of Calvert Drive, Rolling Meadows is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 35+ mph over the limit, and was arrested at 3:23 p.m. May 2, at Algonquin Road and S. New Willke, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of June 11.

DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE

Angel Luis Ramos, of the 4200 block of W. Hirsch Street, Chicago, is accused of driving on a revoked license, speeding 26-34 mph over the limit, and was arrested at 11:57 p.m. May 6, at Arlington Heights Road and Valley Lane, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of June 1.
