Coffee at Ogden and Saratoga avenues in Downers Grove, despite nearby residents' concerns about traffic and student safety around Herrick Middle School and Downers Grove North. Officials say they tightened the original proposal, can revisit operations after opening, and expect the drive-thru shop to open in spring and generate about $70,000 in annual sales tax revenue.
