• Judge allows blind man's lawsuit to continue against Grayslake dealership accused of 'bait and switch' during new car purchase (lakemchenryscanner.com) — A Lake County judge has allowed a lawsuit against City Chevrolet of Grayslake to proceed in court, rather than private arbitration, after a legally blind North Chicago man alleged he was overcharged more than $10,000 and given an 11% loan rate. The case, which could even seek to bar the dealership from selling and servicing vehicles in Illinois, returns to court in early November.
