Paschen to manage building a permanent Place of Remembrance honoring victims and survivors of the 2022 Independence Day parade shooting. Working with architect SWA Group, the firm will guide budgeting, bidding, and construction for memorial installations at the Rose Garden and Port Clinton Plaza, supported in part by a major private donation.
