• Giuliana Dickson, CL Central co-op win McHenry County girls golf titles: Thursday's Northwest Herald roundup (shawlocal.com) — Huntley golfers, including Kinsey Hayes and Vivian Overheidt, turned in strong scores as their team finished fourth at the McHenry County girls meet, while the boys squad fell to Jacobs in Fox Valley Conference play. Other Huntley-area action included Burlington Central's golf win at Whisper Creek in Huntley and a full slate of nearby volleyball and soccer results that local fans may want to track.
