Joliet Masturbation Arrest Takes Place At Riverwalk Homes Public Housing Apartment Units: Police

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department arrested a 36-year-old man from Joliet who stands accused of engaging in public masturbating over at the Riverwalk Homes Apartments at 363 North Broadway Street.

According to police spokesman Dwayne English, at 5:58 p.m. Friday, officers responded to Riverwalk Homes Apartments for a report of a man who was accused of masturbating in a hallway in one of the apartment buildings.

Officers arrived and located the man near the 300 block of North Hickory Street and identified him as Jace Richardson.

English said Richardson made statements indicating recent narcotics use, and he was found in possession of a glass pipe commonly used to smoke narcotics. He was placed into custody without incident.

Richardson was charged with criminal trespass to state supported land, public indecency and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and
released on a notice to appear in court.
