(oakpark.com) — Oak Park and River Forest High School hired 12 new faculty members this year, but none are Black, despite ongoing efforts to align staff demographics with the student body. Board members and administrators discussed challenges in recruiting teachers of color, plans for targeted outreach and job fairs, and recent shifts in student and staff racial makeup that concern some local leaders.
