• Ashlyn Bolyard, Lulu Negro Commit To Illinois For Fall 2027 (swimswam.com) — A St. Charles North High School swimmer, Lulu Negro, has verbally committed to continue her academic and athletic career with the University of Illinois women's swimming program in 2027. Negro's strong freestyle and distance times would have ranked near the top of Illinois' current roster, giving local fans a hometown athlete to follow as she joins the Illini alongside other 2031 recruits.
