• Thomas Louis Kosiba (lakelandtimes.com) — A former Hammond native, Thomas Louis Kosiba, is remembered for his Navy service during the Vietnam era and his decades of work for the town of Minocqua. Though he built his adult life in Wisconsin, his obituary notes his Hammond roots and invites memorial donations to local veterans' organizations in lieu of flowers.
