Paducah Police Arrest Man Following Theft Investigation (marshallcountydaily.com) — Paducah police have arrested a local home-improvement business owner after customers reported paying tens of thousands of dollars for cabinets and flooring that were never ordered or installed. Investigators say at least $45,300 in materials were paid for but not delivered, and they believe more victims may be out there. Pedestrian bridge to be constructed on portion of Coleman Road (westkentuckystar.com) — Paducah's Board of Commissioners has approved a project to add a sidewalk and pedestrian bridge along the west side of Coleman Road, from the railroad tracks to Hinkleville Road. Backed by more than $151,000 in federal carbon-reduction funding, the half‑mile improvement aims to boost safety and walkability near several hotels and busy traffic in that corridor.

Turning Point to host annual overdose awareness event in Paducah - KBSI FOX23 News Cape Girardeau News (kbsi23.com) — Paducah residents are invited Monday evening to Noble Park for Turning Point's Overdose Awareness and Remembrance event, honoring lives lost and sharing local recovery resources. The Paducah-based program offers free naloxone through its local office, kiosks, and Mobile Recovery van, aiming to reduce stigma and connect people across western Kentucky with treatment and harm-reduction support.

Exclusive: New Cast and Dates Announced for THE WIZ National Tour (broadwayworld.com) — Paducah theater fans can mark their calendars: the national tour of THE WIZ is scheduled to hit the Carson Center on January 7, 2027, bringing a fresh cast and high-energy staging of the classic musical.
