Only on ANF: 15th Judicial District launches veterans-focused drug court (katc.com) ā€” A new veterans-focused drug court has begun meeting weekly at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse, offering local military veterans a structured path out of addiction. Backed by a $350,000 Lafayette Consolidated Government grant, the court pairs accountability with support so participants can rebuild their lives, stay with their families, and move toward long-term recovery in Lafayette Parish.

LPSS moves forward with Ovey Comeaux Workforce Academy (klfy.com) ā€” Lafayette Parish School System is converting the former Ovey Comeaux High campus into a $40 million workforce academy set to open by the 2028ā€“29 school year.
