CODOFIL supports 'Acadian Looking Glass' exhibition showcasing Acadian artists across North America (kedm.org) — Lafayette residents can explore Acadian art from across North America when the CODOFIL-supported “Acadian Looking Glass” exhibition opens April 22 at Cité des Arts. Running through May 31, the show will feature more than 15 artists and highlight the region’s Francophone and Acadian heritage while giving emerging creators a professional local platform.

Lafayette fire station to close for roof repair, expected to last six months (klfy.com) — Fire Station 13 on Johnston Street in Lafayette will temporarily close April 24 for a six‑month roof replacement and interior renovation, but officials say fire coverage won’t be disrupted. Firefighters will relocate to a Curran Lane facility while crews fix leaks, upgrade HVAC and lighting, and refresh the building inside and out.
