• Montgomery County Communities Included in Record $32 Million Maryland Child Poverty Initiative (mocoshow.com) — Maryland is directing a record $32 million in ENOUGH Initiative grants to 30 communities, and one of the new FY27 locations will be Aberdeen. The program backs local efforts to reduce child poverty through education, healthcare, food access, and economic mobility, alongside similar work in Montgomery County, Chestertown, Dundalk, and other areas statewide.
