Police say the child's father, 32-year-old Yaakov Reichman, has now turned himself in and faces an involuntary manslaughter charge following the medical examiner's ruling of hyperthermia.

Two 40-year-old men shot on same Baltimore block hours apart police say (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Two 40-year-old men wounded in separate locations were both actually shot on the same block of Laurens Street in Baltimore, according to police. One victim was found near Pennsylvania Avenue late Monday, while the other turned up hours later at a Park Heights home, and detectives are now asking city residents for tips as they piece together what happened.
