• Neighbors demand answers over alleged 7-month-long Essex water leak (foxbaltimore.com) — An ongoing water leak on the 1600 block of Frenchs Avenue in Essex has reportedly been flowing nonstop for seven months, creating icy, hazardous conditions last winter and a persistent odor. Residents say repeated 311 complaints to Baltimore City's Department of Public Works have been closed without repairs, and they're increasingly worried about wasted water and safety as colder weather approaches.
