Prosecutors say digital evidence and surveillance tied him to the deadly break-in on M Street NE that killed 27-year-old Matthew Ponder, and Riggs now awaits a November sentencing while held without bond.

Loaded Glock found under driver's seat during late-night Glen Burnie traffic stop (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A late-night traffic stop near Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Sumac Road in Glen Burnie ended with police seizing a loaded 9mm Glock from beneath a driver's seat and arresting a 22-year-old Virginia man. He pleaded guilty to damaging government vehicles, and advocacy group We Are CASA says his family is finally reunited after more than eight months of uncertainty.
