• MD Man Carjacked While Waiting In Taco Bell Drive-Thru (patch.com) — Residents in Glen Burnie are being urged to stay alert after a man was carjacked while waiting in the Taco Bell drive-thru on Ritchie Highway, leaving two people with minor injuries. Police later recovered the stolen Toyota Corolla in Baltimore and are still searching for the suspect, asking anyone with information to contact detectives or submit an anonymous tip.
   

• Hand-to-hand drug deal leads to fentanyl and crack cocaine bust in Glen Burnie (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Police say a late-night drug investigation at Faywood Avenue and Winborne Drive in Glen Burnie led to the arrest of a 38-year-old man and the seizure of suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine, and cash. Detectives reported recovering more than 17 grams of suspected drugs, and the suspect faces distribution-related charges while presumed innocent in court.
   

• Pasadena Man Dies After Scooter Crash in Curtis Bay (southernmarylandchronicle.com) — A Glen Burnie 17-year-old driving a Mazda was uninjured in a Curtis Bay crash that killed a 39-year-old Pasadena man on a motor scooter. Police say the Mazda turned left on Fort Smallwood Road as the scooter approached, leading to a collision. The county's Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating, and no charges have been announced yet.
