• Rockville diner group files lawsuit against airport concessionaire (marylandmatters.org) — A Rockville-owned Silver Diner chain is suing airport concessionaire Fraport, claiming the company tried to force costly renovations that could end its decades-long presence at BWI Airport. The suit, filed in Anne Arundel County, alleges breach of contract and misrepresentation tied to a 2022 agreement meant to secure the restaurant's future and protect 120 jobs.
