Baltimore Co. Mother Says Man Living In Sewer Chased Her Kids: Report
A Baltimore County resident said a man living in a sewer near her home has harassed her kids, going so far as to chase them.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A man said to be living in a sewer has been accused of harassing and chasing children in a Baltimore County neighborhood, according to a report.
Resident Unique Wiggins told CBS Baltimore that the man confronted her children on several occasions, prompting her to call the police after he chased her kids. The man has not been identified.
"I don't feel like I'm protected. I don't feel like my kids are protected," Wiggins told the outlet. "I'm not saying this gentleman should necessarily go to jail, but he should not live in the sewer. He should not be able to be down there."
