Republican Micah Jones accuses Democrat Dan Koh of avoiding debates in Beverly and Swampscott, while Koh's campaign counters that he has already joined 11 debates and will focus on direct voter outreach.

• Connolly Brothers Completes Renovation of The Lodge at Endicott College (bostonrealestatetimes.com) — Endicott College students in Beverly now have a revamped Lodge, with a new commercial kitchen, upgraded dining and lounge areas, and expanded storage to improve food service. Completed on a tight summer schedule to avoid disruption, the renovation creates a more comfortable, modern space for grabbing meals, relaxing between classes, and socializing on campus.
