Seek information on Hager Homestead

Short story: I am a single mom to a daughter in college, and HH owes me over $30,000, due back to me in December 2024. They refuse to pay, saying that they are just older people with no resources. Long story: back in 2020, I belonged to the Hager Homestead startup group. I thought I would move in. When they needed short term loans to complete construction, I thought they were trustworthy. I later moved on from the group, due to illness in my family. Now, HH's lawyer tells my lawyer that HH has no resources. Littleton, do HH members tell you about their travel to California, their birding trips, and trips overseas? I need to be repaid. I'm putting a daughter through college.
