The city's only location is near the Everett border.
MALDEN, MA β A fire that broke out at a fast-food restaurant this week is now under investigation, according to the Malden Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the Burger King located at 61 Broadway on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 28. Upon arrival, they encountered an outdoor fire near the exterior wall on the left-hand side of the building.
Initial reports state that the fire started in a mulch bed due to carelessly discarded smoking materials," Chief Stephen Froio told Patch. "The fire extended to a wall."
