• Scooter ride ends at Nahant Police Station (itemlive.com) — Nahant police arrested two men Wednesday afternoon after a reckless electric-scooter chase between 40 Steps and Pleasant Street, recovering scooters reported stolen from Boston. With help from State Police and Lynn Fire, officers used an ankle monitor ping and a Taser to safely end the pursuit, and the chief publicly praised on- and off-duty Nahant officers’ quick response.
