1. 2 Detained During ICE Enforcement Actions In Newton (patch.com) — Two people were detained by ICE outside Newton District Court and later near Newton City Hall, prompting a measured response from Newton police to maintain order. She has held prominent leadership roles in national rabbinic organizations and peace efforts, while also shaping Jewish spiritual and ethical life for many Newton-area congregants.
