• Seekonk Lifts Outdoor Water-Use Ban (patch.com) — Seekonk residents can now freely water lawns and gardens again after the town lifted its outdoor water-use ban that had been in place since Sept. 30. Just as cooler weather arrives, homeowners and gardeners are being encouraged to give their plants renewed attention without any watering restrictions.
