• Town Revising Ewing Woods Land Use Plan (swampscotttides.org) — Swampscott officials are updating the management plan for Ewing Woods, the 7.3-acre conservation area beside Swampscott Elementary School and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn. Proposed changes include more frequent trail checks, restrictions on new paths and motorized vehicles, and possible benches and a dog waste station, with student volunteers potentially helping monitor the woods.
