Serenity Shores Apartments is excited to celebrate our Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on July 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
We are inviting fellow Chamber members, local businesses, organizations, and community partners to participate as sponsors of this exciting community event.
This special celebration will bring together elected officials, business leaders, Chamber members, community organizations, residents, prospective residents, and members of the greater Muskegon community.
As a Grand Opening Sponsor, your business will receive:
• Recognition as an Official Grand Opening Sponsor
• Recognition on Serenity Shores Apartments social media platforms
• Opportunity to display brochures, business cards, menus, promotional items, and giveaways
• Complimentary vendor booth space during the event
• Opportunity to network with community leaders, elected officials, local businesses, and residents
• Exposure to prospective residents and visitors touring the community
• Inclusion in community outreach and event marketing efforts
Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as space is limited.
Sponsors may participate through monetary contributions, food and beverage donations, gift baskets, giveaways, promotional items, services, or other in-kind donations.

Participating sponsors may reserve a complimentary vendor space to display marketing materials and engage with attendees. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials.
