Police say officers responded to a reported medical emergency at an apartment in the 3100 block of 40th Avenue South at about 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 7. When they arrived, officers found Tobler dead from multiple stab wounds inside a locked apartment.
Investigators said Tobler’s husband, 23-year-old Dylan Michael Tobler of St. Cloud, was also found inside the apartment with life-threatening injuries that police believe were self-inflicted.
