• Minnesota man honored as 'outstanding refugee' charged in Medicaid fraud case (fox9.com) — A health care provider associated with Reva Health in Golden Valley is charged with multiple counts of alleged Medicaid fraud involving more than $1 million in improper billings. Prosecutors say co-conspirators linked to the clinic also face separate sex trafficking-related charges in Hennepin County. The case raises concerns about oversight of local mental health and autism services funded by public programs.
