• Report: $6K stolen from vulnerable adult in Golden Valley (hometownsource.com) — A vulnerable adult living at Legacy Home Health Care in Golden Valley was reportedly exploited by a care assistant, who allegedly obtained nearly $6,000 in unauthorized checks. Family members caught the issue after a bank alert, and a Minnesota Department of Health investigation substantiated financial exploitation. The staffer is no longer employed at the facility.
