• Golden Valley looking at 4% levy increase for 2027 (hometownsource.com) — Golden Valley officials are proposing a 4% property tax levy increase for 2027, raising the city levy from $36.62 million to $38.08 million. For a median $447,200 home, that's about $129 more per year, funding new fire and engineering staff, maintenance, technology upgrades, and a community survey, with final approval expected after a Dec. 1 Truth in Taxation hearing.
