• Sanford Health and North Memorial Health Merger Moves Forward Under 10-Year State Oversight Agreement (town.news) — Maple Grove Hospital is set to receive a massive $500 million investment as part of Sanford Health's acquisition of North Memorial, ensuring long-planned expansion and continued services for local patients. A 10-year, state-enforced agreement also protects core care at Robbinsdale Hospital, preserves charity care and government program participation, and bans new noncompete clauses for North Memorial employees.
