📰 News we're reading
• Dayton city leaders say Flock installed two cameras without permission (cbsnews.com) — Plymouth is among several Minnesota cities backing away from Flock license-plate cameras amid privacy concerns and reports of errors, including a June traffic stop there after a mistaken stolen-vehicle alert. Dayton officials say two cameras were even reactivated without permission before being removed, adding to growing statewide scrutiny of the surveillance system's accuracy and oversight.
