Residents and contractors are urged to verify any unexpected invoice directly with the city before sending money or opening attachments. 
2. UM hosts AI summit to help inform community about future impacts (nbcmontana.com) — Missoula residents can attend a free Montana AI Summit at the University of Montana this week, running through Thursday, to learn how artificial intelligence may affect daily life, work, and local government. Panels and hands-on workshops focus on ethical, human-centered uses of AI, with experts and tech leaders aiming to demystify the technology for anyone curious about its growing role in the community.
3. Mountain Line eyes bus stop improvements (missoulacurrent.com) — Mountain Line is preparing a federal grant application to upgrade bus stops across the Missoula service area with more seating, shelters, benches, and clearer signage.
