- I had a failed retaining wall project where crew 1 did NOT put in the drainage.
Yes it was detailed in contract, verbally & in text daily discussed but never delivered. Block was laid but job improper. They then abandoned it… (Nextdoor Glenbrook 2) - If we can get past the negative feelings for the city leadership, the streetcar, the TIF projects and the construction… we can have a little pride.
We are improving our city. Some of these changes are going to last. Future generations will be proud of the place we left them. (Nextdoor Regis Condos)
