Rochester Man Indicted On 18 Counts Of Child Sexual Assault In Concord: Merrimack County Court Indictments
Homeless man indicted on 10 counts of child sexual abuse images, stolen property charges; Allenstown man faces reckless conduct gun charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Jaythien J. Guillermo, 25, of Trinity Circle in Rochester, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, tampering with witnesses and informants, and 18 counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of communicating with a girl between 13 and 16 via Snapchat to entice her for statutory rape between March 1 and June 6 in Concord. Guillermo repeatedly sexually assaulted the girl in Concord between March 1 and June 6, according to the indictments. Jacob Adam Jason, 39, of Sargents Place in Gilford, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine in Canterbury on May 31.

Jefferson W. Knott, 45, a member of Concord’s unhoused community, on receiving stolen property and 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of retaining or disposing of devices between $1,000 and $1,500 belonging to the Concord Monitor on June 2, 2025. After being arrested, he was accused of possessing .avis, .mp4s, and .mpgs on Sept. 5, 2025, in Concord. Lelan Michael Leclerc, 35, of Hill Road in Franklin, on a felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of attempting to induce another to inform or testify falsely, calling the woman 22 times and asking her to drop the charges or to convey to two others to drop the charges in Boscawen between June 26 and Aug. 17.

Joseph Lehman, 46, of Turnpike Street in Allenstown, on two felony counts of reckless conduct. He was accused of firing a gun on Turnpike Street and Sargent Street in Allenstown on March 8.
Christopher Lyford, 48, of River Road in Plymouth, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Sept. 7, 2024, in Hooksett.
Bruce N. MacDonald, 71, of Jewett Road in Dunbarton, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of shoving a family or household member into a microwave, causing a ruptured eardrum, on Feb. 4 in Dunbarton.
Brian W. Mains, 36, of Summer Street in Northfield, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-meth on June 24 in Canterbury. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in June 2019 in Hills North.
