Simple Assault, Domestic Violence, And Criminal Threat Incident On Penwood Drive: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Paul Joseph McGonagle, born in 1971, of Concord, received a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, on an operating without a valid license charge after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Alyssa Joyce Roy, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on Aug. 5 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and obstruct report of a crime/injury charges. Also arrested was Charlotte E. Roy, born in 1969, on a criminal threatening charge. They were arrested after an investigation or incident on Penwood Drive.

Dennis Hayes, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on Aug. 4 on a criminal trespass charge. Nine minutes later, he was charged with a second criminal trespass charge as well as a felony count of possession of a controlled drug. The charges stem from an investigation or incident at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Lacey Royal, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Aug. 1 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an investigation or incident on Henniker Drive.

Douglas C. Smith Jr., born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on July 31 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Tremont Street.

Alyssa Marie Connor, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on July 22 on a criminal threatening charge after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Patricia R. Van Nest, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on July 22 on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent after an investigation or incident on Thorndike Street.

Roger H. Potter, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on July 20 on a second-degree assault-strangulation charge after an investigation or incident on Rumford Street.

Savanna Lee Dashnaw, born in 2008, of Raymond, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on July 18 on driving under the influence, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. She was also cited for an improper passing violation after an investigation or incident South Main Street.

Casey James Hynes, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on July 12 on driving under the influence, DUI-second offense, and a felony count of habitual offender, as well as a stop signs; yield signs violation after an investigation or incident on D’Amante Drive at Triangle Park Drive.
