Merrimack, Litchfield, And Pelham Men Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: County Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua man indicted on strangulation, assault charges; Hudson felon indicted on meth sale charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Ian Delmore, 40, of Congress Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, six simple assault-domestic violence charges, criminal mischief, and criminal threatening. He was accused of strangling a family member on Dec. 6, 2025, in Nashua. Delmore was also accused of assaulting the woman on Dec. 2, 2025. He was also accused of kicking the chair she was sitting on, causing her to fall sometime between May 27 and June 17, 2025, and damaging a wall and threatening to kill her by beating her to death sometime between May 27 and Dec. 7, 2025.
Anthony Thomas DiMascio, 54, of McElwain Drive in Litchfield, on endangering the welfare of a child, two possession of child sexual abuse images, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl repeatedly between June 1, 2023, and Dec. 17, 2025, in Hudson. DiMascio was also accused of soliciting the girl for sexual assault between June 1, 2023, and March 24, 2025. DiMascio was also accused of possessing two .avi videos of the girl on Nov. 22, 2025, in Litchfield.

Kenny Eustate, 40, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, on felon in possession-multiple firearms and five controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Oct. 8, 16, 21, and Oct. 30, 2025, in Hudson. He was accused of selling meth twice. Previously, according to the indictment, Eustate was convicted on a possession charge in Essex Superior Court in September 2007.
Antonio Silva, 60, of Country Club Lane in Merrimack, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of giving the impression he owned a home in Merrimack and was leasing it between Nov. 9, 2024, and March 8, 2025.

Amilcar Solis, 49, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman on Nov. 20, 2025, in Nashua.
Robert J. Sullivan, 48, of Collins Way in Pelham, on four possession of child sexual abuse images and six distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and distributing .mp4s on Feb. 11, and July 8, 2025, in Pelham.
Evan Turner, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on July 24, 2025, in Nashua.
Luis A. Vazquez, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Nashua police on Nov. 24, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on duty to report in July 2025 in Hills South.
Kyre Walsh, 24, of Amherst Road in Merrimack, on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4 videos, .mpgs, and .gifs.
