Nashua Man Indicted On Distribution, Possession Of Child Sexual Abuse Images: Hillsborough County Indictments
Plus: Nashua crack dealer indicted on new charge; Milford drug dealer indicted on new charges; NYC woman indicted on child support charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Noah Fournier, 43, of Carpenter Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Professional Waterproofing in Milford between Feb. 20, 2022, and March 20, 2022.

Scott M. Frost, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent charge. He was accused of selling 0.681 grams of the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua police for $100 on Sept. 17, 2025. Frost was previously convicted on a controlled premises charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2022, according to the indictment.
Janice Gordon, 56, of West 57th Street in New York, New York, on two felony nonsupport charges. She was accused of failing to pay child support, of more than $10,000, for a child between Sept. 11, 2024, and Aug. 6, 2025, in Nashua.

Luke Greska, 31, of Comstock Drive in Milford, on three sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, fentanyl and fentanyl and cocaine mix, possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine-subsequent, and seven possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent, marijuana, fentanyl, fentanyl and cocaine mix, buprenorphine, amphetamine, oxycodone, and alprazolam, charges. The charges stemmed from incidents in Nashua on June 26, July 10, Aug. 4, and Aug. 12, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Greska was convicted in October 2018 of acts prohibited in Hills North.
Richard Gurley, 30, a homeless transient now located in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s in Nashua on Oct. 19, 2023. Previously, according to the indictment, Gurley was convicted on a theft charge in August 2020 and March 2022 in Hills South.

Terence Halter, 40, of Wilder Street in Nashua, on burglary and three duty to report charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Lock Street in Nashua on April 23, 2025. On Jan. 9, April 10, and April 16, Halter was accused of failing to register his vehicle with Nashua police.
Noah Hesse, 28, of Brook Village Road in Nashua, on three possession of child sexual abuse images and three distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and transferring videos on Oct. 1, 2025, in Nashua.
Tyler Humphrey, 32, of Ash Court in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-with intent to distribute charge on Jan. 8, 2026, in Nashua.
Cameron Jennerjohn, 38, of Glen Drive in Nashua, on two habitual offender and 10 controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, meth, fentanyl-with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Sept. 6, 2023, Sept. 25, 2023, March 8, 2024, in Nashua. The driving charges were connected to incidents on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on March 5, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in July 2016 in Hills North.

Rose Johnson, 29, of New Haven Drive in Nashua, on a felony criminal restraint charge. She was accused of blocking the exit to a bathroom while holding a knife on Sept. 2, 2025, in Nashua.
