• Man Charged With Writing Swastikas In Asbury Park (patch.com) — Residents in Asbury Park are reacting after a Point Pleasant man was charged with spray painting swastikas and lightning bolts at the Mercy Center and two other locations in town. Police say the vandalism, discovered during the week of Aug. 3, is being investigated as bias incidents, with multiple criminal mischief and bias intimidation charges filed.
