A Soup-er Idea Helping the Community “The Soup Crawl for Project PAUL”
The Soup Crawl is back to raise funds for Project PAUL and support local businesses.

The Soup Crawl is back to raise funds for Project PAUL and support local businesses. The Soup Crawl stems from local “soupervisors” John Puchalski, Matt and Tyler Christie, and John Portela combining their love of soup and frequenting local restaurants with soup on the menu.
The idea expanded to include collecting for Project PAUL (Poor, Alienated, Unemployed, Lonely), the Keansburg-based charity that services qualified people in the Bayshore area of Monmouth County, including Keansburg, Aberdeen, Atlantic Highlands, Fair Haven, Hazlet, Highlands, Holmdel, Keyport, Little Silver, Matawan, Middletown, Monmouth Beach, Rumson, Sea Bright, Shrewsbury, and Union Beach. Throughout the years, the Soup Crawl has raised over $9,000 for Project PAUL.
“This is a great way to support the community, local businesses and have fun with your friends,” explains “soupervisor” John Puchalski. “We believe in the mission of Project PAUL, especially now when the need is so urgent.”
